To be saved from bad commanders: why in the Armed Forces increased cases

Most often on the front it happens that the bad commander is worse than the enemy, says the military serviceman of the Armed Forces Igor Lutsenko. He calls for special attention to this, until the adoption of a special law to prevent unauthorized leaves. I force myself to write recipes of victory. I force - because the belief that writing will change something will not be so strong. Forced mobilization, of course, is needed. But we will not win in this protracted war alone.

A bad commander can be much more dangerous than an enemy. The enemy is almost impossible to somehow kill motivation. But the commander can destroy any desire for initiative and activity in his subordinates. In the end, the army weakens, turning from motivated to unmotivated. As you know, absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Therefore, very often the direct loss of the Armed Forces from the unauthorized leaving of the part or desertion due to improper control of the all-powerful commander-induction official is larger than from the enemy's fire. It is unfortunate, but I know the truly bold and devoted to the Motherland of the soldiers who went to the HSC (self -leaving the proportion - F. ), although they were first voluntarily fought at zero.

Their commanders just treated them like meat cattle, and used them not as a valuable tool, but as a material. In contrast to the legislation that has recently been received, the Law "On Encouragement to Service in the Defense Forces of Ukraine" should be passed.

It can, for example, introduce a system of assessment of commanders of commanders, simplify the transition from part to part for those who serve for a certain period (1-2 years), encourage ordinary citizens to create military outsourcing companies (ie private contractors who can do for the Armed Forces Part of their work, which can now be done only to servicemen - repair of equipment near LBZ, construction of engineering structures, long -range air intelligence, radio intelligence, etc. ).

The most interesting thing is that it is really real to do it in a few days and without the law. But society has taken a wait position.
