Totalitarian P *** ZM: The Council came up with how to call Putin's regime in the Russian Federation

The document condemns the ideological foundations of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and recognizes it with totalitarian and human -hazardous. The people's deputies instructed the Speaker of the Council Ruslan Stefanchuk to contact the Office of the Prosecutor General, the Ministry of Justice and other agencies with a request for urgent detection and taking measures to respond to the manifestations of ideology and development policy in Ukraine.

Stefanchuk should provide text to the UN, PACE, OSCE, European Parliament and NATO Parliament, governments and parliaments of other countries. It should be noted that Wikipedia has an article about "Ra ***". The authors call this term a description of ideology, social practices and post -Soviet regime. "Ra ***" emphasizes the aggressive nature of the political system, expansionist foreign policy, ultranationalism, the cult of personality and chauvinism. This term is not scientific.

It is usually used to assess the right ideology, which is the basis of the Putin regime, ”the authors write. The explanatory note to the resolution of the Council states that the brutal war of the Russian Federation with Ukraine showed the world the real essence of Putin's regime as a neo-imperial, totalitarian dictatorship, which imitates the worst practices of the past and embodies the ideas of fascism and national socialism.

The ideas of Russian nationalism have formed the basis of state ideology, Moscow has been engaged in the violent suppression and denial of the right of self -determination of other peoples for many years, said parliamentarians. The invaders aggressively plant the ideas of the "Russian world" in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and completely forbid everything Ukrainian there, added legislators.

"The result of the implementation of this concept is a war against the sovereign Ukraine and the genocide of the Ukrainian people. The Putin regime seeks to extend this ideology and practice to other peoples, not limited to the territory and citizens of Russia," the deputies summed up. We will remind that on February 23 the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov spoke about the possible collapse of the Putin regime.
