Mobilization in Ukraine: Which of the large men will call the Armed Forces (video)

Currently, more than 500,000 alimony debtors in Ukraine, of which 180 thousand - are not paid for more than three months, said the Deputy Minister of Justice for Executive Service Andriy Gaychenko. In Ukraine, the Armed Forces can mobilize large men who do not pay child support. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Justice for Executive Service Andriy Gaychenko during a telecommunication.

He noted that in Ukraine, about 510-520 thousand people are debtors for alimony, of which 180 thousand are those who do not pay alimony for more than three months, that is, "consciously and stable" does not fulfill their duties on the upbringing of the child. According to Gaychenko, the court determines the amount of payment individually. In particular, it can be a percentage of income or a fixed amount. A citizen who does not pay this regular payment within a month is considered a non -payer.

Instead, the executive service seeks to pay alimony in all legal ways. Namely, bank accounts can be arrested, salaries, pensions, and can also "sell property". This is how the premises can be taken from the premises, TVs, home appliances, iPadbooks and laptops, and then sell things at the auction and benefits of the child. Andriy Gaychenko emphasized that large parents who do not pay child support are essentially not kept children.

Therefore, such a man will be able to call the Armed Forces in case of "non -receipt" of at least one child. "You do not keep your baby, so you have no benefits," said Andrei Gaychenko. He said that the mechanism of interaction with the CCC and JV with the executive services is now being created. Gaychenko believes that military enlistment offices will be able to ask citizens for certificates of lack of arrears of alimony or other documents. These mechanisms will be developed in the near future.
