Russian publications reported that before the fire, eyewitnesses heard not only explosions, but also the sound of flying drones and hums of air anxiety. On the night of February 9 in the Krasnodar region of Russia there was a fire at the Ilsky oil refining plant. This was reported by Astra Telegram channel. "The Ilsky NPP is burning in the Seversky district of Krasnodar region. The locals report it. They heard the sounds of explosions before the fire," the message reads.

Later, the channel shared the information of the Unified District-Dispatching Service of the Russian Federation. They confirmed that at about 2 am on February 9, there was a fire in the territory of the Ilsky refinery. Also, Russian Telegram channels reported that eyewitnesses have heard not only explosions, but also the sound of flying drone and hums of air anxiety. It should be reminded that on February 7, a large-scale fire broke out at the plant produced by "Iskander-M".
