The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation advanced in the Kharkiv region and occupied Grodivka - British intelligence (maps)

According to DEEPSTATE analysts, part of Grodivka remains under the control of the Ukrainian military. Russian troops advanced in the Kharkiv region, but the main efforts of the enemy are focused on the Pokrovsky direction. This was reported by the UK Ministry of Defense. It is noted that in the northeastern part of the Kharkiv region, Russian troops advanced west of the village of Peschane. Now they keep a small projection 3. 5 km from the Oskil River.

"Probably, Russian troops seek to reach the east bank of the Oskil River to use it as a natural defensive barrier and create conditions for future operations," the agency notes. The British intelligence also added that the city of Grodivka was most likely occupied by Russian troops. Currently, the invaders remain approximately 8 km from Pokrovsk. "Ukrainian reinforcements, urban areas and Ukrainian defense probably contributed to the slowdown in Russia's promotion last week," they added there.

However, according to online hostilities map in Ukraine Deepstate, only part of the Grodivka is under the occupation of Russian troops. As of the time of material release of comments on the city of Grodivka, the General Staff did not receive. It should be noted that Russian troops have been moving from the village of Peschane to the Oskil River since late July. This is dangerous because the Armed Forces are used as a logistics path for grouping in the Kharkiv region.
