Large parents can be taken to the army: who will touch the mobilization - the Ministry of Justice's explanation

Some large parents have no work. Officials from the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine believe that quite high salaries in the Armed Forces will allow them to quickly solve financial problems. The mobilization law allows to send three or more children to the front of parents if they do not pay child support for more than three months for one child. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine from the Executive Service Andriy Gaychenko.

According to the official, military service is a duty, as is parental responsibility. But some parents who would like to pay child support don't work. Therefore, quite high salaries in the Armed Forces will allow them to quickly repay the debts, Gaychenko took over. "The main thing - children will receive financial support," the Deputy Minister added. In the event of debt repayment, the right to delay from mobilization will be returned to large parents.

To date, there are more than 260 thousand resolutions in accounting department of enterprises, institutions, organizations in order to deduct alimony from the salaries and pensions of debtors. On average, the number of alimony payers in Ukraine is under 500,000 half a million. This figure is a very high figure for the whole population, the official said.
