Will attack Ukraine: the Russian Federation continues to build a SHAHED UAV plant - Reuters

The company will be used not only for the production of ShahED-136, but also to improve and expand the capabilities of shock drones. At the same time, as the journalists nor the United States nor their allies noted have yet imposed sanctions against the factory owner. Russia continues to build a plant for Iranian SHahd drones in Tatarstan, 800 kilometers from Moscow. About it reports Reuters with reference to the Institute of Science and International Security.

According to journalists, judging by satellite images that the institute owns, there is progress in the construction of the plant. However, neither the United States nor their allies have yet imposed sanctions against the owner of the structure - JSC "Alabuga" and its associate companies. Yes, Alabuga OJSC 66% belongs to the Federal Government and 34% of the republic.

The material states that as of September, the construction of the plant is very similar to the plan of the building, which Washington Post shared with the Institute in early 2023.
