According to the newspaper, the teenager can return, but the difficulty is that he is a minor, and according to Russian law, a minor can only transfer to his official representative. Police, the teenager allegedly explained his act with dissatisfaction with living conditions in Finland. The boy spoke about conflicts with other refugees - from Asian and African countries. Earlier, the Finland Border Service reported about the case with a teenager.
Finnish border guards appealed to the Russian Federation to return the guy to Finland, and if the issue is not able to move, the Foreign Ministry will be involved in the process. Recall that in Germany, some of the parties that have a high chance of going to the German Parliament criticize the amount of payments to Ukrainian refugees and plan to promote their employment.
