There will be increased demand: which of the Ukrainians will "bang" employers after the war

The government believes that the future reconstruction of Ukraine will be "the largest project since the Second World War", so increased demand for some professions is expected. Due to a full -scale war in Ukraine in 2022, a record unemployment rate was recorded. According to the National Bank, almost 3. 2 million citizens remained without work. Already, the situation in the labor market is gradually getting better.

However, the country needs specialists in the medical and social spheres, so the Cabinet has decided to increase government orders for their preparation in educational institutions. The government's press service reports. It is about the training of specialists such as: it is noted that the government can increase government order this year, since people with such professions need Ukraine now.

"The head of government has been tasked with all the responsible ministries to work out the possibility of increasing government orders, in particular, for doctors, rehabilitologists and social workers from this academic year," - the message reads. At the same time, the Cabinet of Ministers is convinced that the restoration of Ukraine will be "the largest project since the Second World War. " Therefore, some professions will be very high in demand.

This applies: in the course of the second half of 2023, demand for workers will only increase. But the problem is that GRC's operating director Natalia Slinko believes that the proposal of personnel who could close available vacancies from employers will not increase.

There is currently structural unemployment in Ukraine: there are whole groups of unclaimed professions, and at the same time there are industries where there are a shortage of experienced specialists, as they are likely to leave Ukraine because of the war. "We can make a careful forecast for the development of the labor market in the near future. The number of work proposals will probably increase, and competition will decrease.
