Due to such diversity, the Russians did not have the advantage of this shade: "Salt did not allow them to act in synchronous, harmonious, monolithic. " In addition, fighters from different units of the Russian army had "different motivation, different approach and different weapons. " Borodin stopped separately in service and motivation. According to him, in general, under Bakhmut, the enemy had plenty of artillery, UAV and mines.

At the same time, the Russian command made the main "rate" on the volunteers "Espanyol", which included football fans - they seemed more motivated than others. Therefore, these units were used during attacks in open terrain and even tanks were given. Instead, the contractors acted from closed positions and were more cautious, Borodin explained. The units consisting of the mobilized were demotivated: they ran from standpoint as they received the first wounded. "Espanyol" is very well armed.
