The cyber building of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense struck the Russian financial sector. This was reported by focus sources in GUR. As a result of the attack, there was a global failure in the fast payments system, stopped operating mobile applications of banks and online banking, as well as internal services of financial institutions.
