Weapons and air defense are needed here to save people's lives - the Presidential Appeal of Ukraine

Dear Ukrainians, Ukrainians! Today - in Odessa. Meeting with Prime Minister of Greece. Together they honored the memory of the victims of the Russian Shahaneda Russian strike on March 2. Children, adults . . . Farewell ceremonies have taken place these days. Eternal memory of all the victims of Russian terror! Of course, our defense, our opportunities in active actions and protection, was the main issue in negotiations with Greece Prime Minister of Greece. Air defense. Unconditional priority.

As in negotiations with other partners. Air defense systems and opportunities to produce weapons for protection in the world is enough. Weapons are needed here to save people's lives. The solution is needed now - not once, but for people who can withstand terrorist attacks every day and night. Only last night and only Odessa was twenty "Shahaned". This morning is another missile attack against the city. There are wounded, there are dead . . . There is more protection.

I spoke today with Greek Prime Minister Michotakhis about how our people can be strengthened in the south of Ukraine. There will be negotiations with other states and leaders. We appreciate every manifestation of help. Today, he held an operational meeting with local executives - the regional authorities, also by government officials, to provide all the necessary assistance to people who lost their home from Russian blows, lost documents. It is necessary for this to be sufficient help. And fast.

I am grateful to anyone who supports people now, everyone who helps, who keeps here in Odessa, in all our cities a maximum of a normal life. Russia has nothing to get its terror. I thank everyone who beats for the sake of our people and the state. Thank you to everyone who works for the sake of Ukraine and in Ukraine. Thank you to Odessa - to all who protect our Odessa, who protects the city, to all who work in the city, provide workplaces for people.
