Deportation of Ukrainians: The Russian Federation is promised to increase payments for guardianship over stolen children (video)

In the Russian Federation, despite the condemnation of the world community and criminal cases against the Russian authorities, they continue to be encouraged to participate in the Kidniping of Ukrainian Children. Russia promises increased payments for guardianship over Ukrainian children whose parents or relatives are in the territory controlled by Ukraine. About it reports the Center for National Resistance (CNS).

"There are cases when Russians do not return children to their relatives and seek guardians in the depth of the Russian Federation, where in the future, according to the plan of the enemy, they are assimilated with the local population. Such a policy is part of genocide to destroy the consciousness of a whole generation of Ukrainians and is an international crime," The CNS notes.

From the very beginning of Russian aggression in Ukraine, the Russian Federation has been deported to the controlled territories of thousands of Ukrainian children, and now this figure ranges from more than 19. 5 thousand to 307 thousand, according to Wikipedia. At the same time, Russia has confessed that more than 700,000 children have exported from the occupied regions of Ukraine, according to the Russian Commissioner for the Rights of the Child Maria Lviv-Belova.

Children are taken to the occupied Crimea, Russia or Belarus allegedly for health or holidays. After forcible export of children, the invaders give them to adoption to Russian families, give them Russian citizenship and impede reunification with parents and relatives. For this purpose, the Russian Federation deliberately changes the legislation to prevent the return of Ukrainian children to their homeland.

Stolen children are exposed to Russification, which can be considered an act of genocide because it aims to erase their national identity. The world community has condemned these actions of the Russian authorities, declaring them military crimes. Ukraine continues to fight for every child. According to the Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets, the mechanism of returning Ukrainian children in several stages has already been developed, but the case is not as fast as the Ukrainian side seeks.

It is known that as of early September, the Russians adopted 386 deported Ukrainian children. "We have confirmed figures. 386 children are a fact that they were placed in Russian families and either the procedure has begun, or the adoption procedure has ended," - on September 1, said the Uniform News on September 1 Human Rights Council Dmitry Lubinets.

Viceremier - Minister for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories Irina Vereshchuk also said on the air of the TV channel "Unified News" that in Russia for deported Ukrainian children already came up with a "so -called State Bank for Children". Focus wrote that on September 14, Ukraine returned 11 more children from the occupied part of the Kherson region. Most of them have parents.

In addition, on September 13, the Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets reported that Ukraine managed to return three more children from the temporarily occupied territories and regions of Russia. On September 12, Ukraine returned 13 more children from the occupied territories of Kherson, Lugansk and Zaporizhzhya regions. On September 8, Ukraine returned 9 children who were in temporary occupation. One of them survived the Russian captivity and interrogated on far -fetched accusations.
