Volodymyr Putin can use the dissatisfaction with the supporters of the war with the "Ukrainian DRG" in the Bryansk region to introduce additional security measures in the Russian Federation. At the same time, the founder of the Wagner PEC Yevhen Prigogin indicated that the Russian Federation had already allowed a violation of its "red lines".

The head of the temporarily occupied Crimea Sergey Aksyonov and Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov called on Russian authorities to strengthen security measures. According to Kadyrov, for the punishment of the perpetrators it is permissible to attack the civilian population.
