Will drones really hunt people in cities of Ukraine: an expert on a new threat from the Russian Federation

To spread: the famous public figure and the head of the Air Intelligence Center Maria Berlinskaya made a forecast for possible attacks of the Russian Federation with the help of thousands of drones of "hubs" in the cities of Ukraine. The expert says that it is possible to do this, but not in all cities, for example, in the west of Ukraine it will be difficult for Russians to implement it technically.

The former spokesman for the General Staff of the Armed Forces Vladislav Seleznev noted that the risks of "hunting" drones in frontline cities exist. The most upgraded systems of drones of Russia on the fiber are able to overcome the distance of up to 40 km, writes TSN. "As for the Dnieper and Zaporizhzhia, it is actually frontier cities. Especially - Zaporizhzhia. There can be UAVs for a long time in the waiting mode or conducting certain intelligence measures. km.

He added, with regard to the western regions of Ukraine, there is a question of resources: "The obvious question is how much they can stay in the air. In addition, various components of the Ukrainian defense forces work. Yes, not all of them can work on those Russian drones that fly at a height of more than 2 km. Seleznyov believes that the use of drones is now changing, manufacturers and defense forces are working to intensify the anti -diseases.

"We have in this part of the problem? Yes, there are. The complaint about the rational use of public funds, the tender procedures are absolutely fair. It is likely that Maria Berlin is trying to draw attention to the fact that the Russian army begins to change the tactics of the use of drones. But to say that everything is missing and that we are not in the same way. According to the expert's observations, there is now a new trend: the use of "drones-mothers".

Such UAVs carry FPV-aroma on their coverings, which then carry out the appropriate flight task. According to the analyst, the army of the Russian Federation often updates the concept of use of unmanned systems. But this, in his opinion, does not mean that UAV in standby mode will start massively attack distant from the front of the city in the near future. He does not rule out that the increased danger is for Sumy, Zaporozhye, Kramatorsk and Konstantinovska agglomerations.

We will remind, the Ukrainian volunteer and public figure Maria Berlinskaya stated that in 2026 the residents of Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, and even far from the border from the Russian Federation of Lviv and Chernivtsi will hunt Russian "drones-kilts" around the clock. She urged the authorities to prepare for the invasion of Russian drones and look for solutions to protect the population.
