They will be written to the war: the Cabinet allowed farmers not to give state assistance for the destroyed RF granaries and animals

To do this, farmers will need to document the fact of death/destruction of biological assets or granaries. Ukrainian farmers were allowed not to return the funds allocated to them within the limits of state support for livestock and construction of elevators, if these assets were destroyed as a result of military (combat) actions during the invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine. This is stated in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 960 of August 27, 2022.

It is noted that assets can not be returned to the state if the enterprise or agricultural producer can document the fact of death/destruction of biological assets or granaries. For this purpose, the farmer must have documents on accounting of long -term and current biological assets in agricultural enterprises and/or drawn up in the prescribed manner with a document on inspection of an object damaged as a result of Russia's military aggression.

As Focus wrote earlier, Switzerland has allocated 2. 5 million Swiss francs (about UAH 100 million) to support Ukrainian milk production farms in the regions affected by hostilities. This money will be directed to farms in Chernihiv, Kyiv and Sumy regions. It is the funding that occurs within the project to improve the access of Ukrainians to quality dairy products by providing milking hygiene.
