All participants discussed production volumes; Different assessments of the actual capacity of enterprises have been found, so government agencies and manufacturers will coordinate orders and financing so that each company can fulfill the contracts taken.

Ukrainian financing and partners are already directing funds to support manufacturers, especially those who make drones. Zelensky emphasized that exports will be controlled and only touched by those samples that are enough to meet the needs of the Armed Forces; The proceeds from its sale will go to increase the production of scarce weapons and fill the arsenals.

The President informed that in the framework of preparation of agreements there were four main exports - the US, Europe, the Middle East and Africa - and added that the corresponding arrangements are being worked out. We will remind that earlier Volodymyr Zelenskyy has already talked about plans for controlled exports of those types of weapons, which in Ukraine are in excess.

The proceeds are to be used to increase the production of the first necessary systems, including shock and reconnaissance drones. Exports will be held under strict control and in accordance with a clear sequence of priorities: first and foremost - providing brigades at the front, then - replenishment of national arsenals, and only in the third stage - sale.

Among the surplus weapons, the president named sea drones and some anti -tank agents that can be exported without sacrificing the country's defense capability. The creation of three export platforms for cooperation with the United States, European partners and other stakeholders is also announced; All agreements will be thoroughly selected and will only be carried out with those who really support Ukraine's independence.
