Mobilization in Ukraine: Who cannot be called to the army since October 1

The deferral is given to those categories of citizens listed in the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization". The Verkhovna Rada continued the martial law and general mobilization until November 18. The rules of conscription during martial law remain unchanged as the categories of citizens who cannot mobilize. The list of these categories was transferred to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

From the call for military service during martial law, they are released: also the right to defer from mobilization is available to employees of different security structures, as they are already in service in their position. These structures and agencies include: staff of law enforcement agencies and organizations can voluntarily submit a report on transferring them to the ranks of the current army for participation in hostilities.
