The People's Deputy of Ukraine, a member of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Fedir Venislavsky, announced this on the national telephone. "When we put in order and clearly determine who is suitable and who is not suitable, they can be mobilized if they are suitable and will be able to replenish vacancies in combat units and brigades," the People's Deputy said.

According to the Law on the Ensuring the Rights of Servicemen and Police to Social Protection, "restricted" Ukrainians have to undergo a second medical examination within nine months. On March 21, the people's deputies supported in the second reading the bill "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Ensuring the Rights of Servicemen and Police to Social Protection". According to the document, conscripts who have restricted status are obliged to re-pass the Military Medical Commission (VLK).

They have nine months to get a new conclusion or unsuitability. Also on March 21, the Verkhovna Rada approved the bill 10313 on social protection of military and police. Among the changes is the right to leave a child, a ban on gender discrimination, the possibility of release for women who have a sick child.
