Thousands of cuts tactics: occupiers carry attacks into new directions after failure in Donetsk region

The summer campaign of the occupying troops was a failure. Only in August, the losses of the enemy exceeded 35 thousand people, and the promotion was twice as much as compared to past companies. As a result, for more than three years of a full -scale war against Ukraine, the Kremlin has not achieved the stated goals of the so -called "its", including control over the Donetsk region. However, it is not necessary to divide the enemy's offensive at all.

The occupying army continues pressure on the position of defense forces of Ukraine. Another thing is that in August the promotion deep into the Ukrainian territory is twice less than in the previous months. And the losses of the invaders are commensurate with their losses at the time of maximum advancement in November 2024. I would like to remind that in November 2024 the promotion of Russians deep into the Ukrainian territory was almost 750 kilometers.

Now - no more than 300, and losses - at the level of 35 thousand per month. These are the tremendous successes of Ukraine's defense forces. In addition, almost 33% of the territory of Donetsk region is under control of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Now the enemy has encountered our echelorated defense in the Slavic-Kramatorsk agglomeration.

And this creates the prerequisite that the further activation of the fighting will take place in other areas: so to speak, if you do not eat, then bite something. It is with this that the intentions of the invaders to scale the theater of hostilities are dictated, first of all - in the Dnipropetrovsk region. And the enemy is interested in this, because there is a flat terrain, which gives the opportunity to enter the operational space.

 If it turns out to the occupiers, it will create bonuses for them both on the negotiation site and in the information and psychological accompaniment of the so-called one. Dnipropetrovsk is a Novopavlovsky direction, where the administrative boundaries of three regions - Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk converge.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces, in the Novopavlovsky direction the enemy made 42 attacks in the areas of settlements Ivanivka, Yalta, Mirne, January, Tolstoy, Voskresenko, Sosnivka, Novomykolaivka, Poddubne, Novoselivka, Berezivka, Novogrigorivka. According to the commander -in -chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Sirsky, in this direction the enemy tries, using the tactics of "thousands of cuts", to move deep into the territory.

"There is only one goal: to declare your presence, to press your flag in some building in the settlement. The situation is dynamic there. The territories are large, the densities of the troops are insufficient. Both on our part, and on their part. They (Russians) are there more. In turn, the Mow Intelligence Directorate informs that Russian propaganda actively uses a new misinformation tactics - the production videos of "capture" of settlements.

According to GUR MOU, small groups of occupiers with Russian flags try to seep into separate villages and remove short rollers to create the illusion of success at the front. Such productions, according to GUR MOU, are used by the occupiers for "victorious" reports to the Kremlin leadership and the spread in the media for the purpose of psychological pressure on Ukrainian society. In this context, I do not exclude the activation of actions in the Zaporozhye direction.

In particular, the 76th Airborne Division has already been transferred from the Kursk direction. This direction will be active at least as an attempt by the enemy to break through the distance of the fire of Zaporozhye. That is - up to 20 kilometers. But they will not take the city - it's unrealistic. They will not have enough reserves. And the enemy himself understands it well and therefore will try to use the tactics of "burned earth".

According to a military expert, the Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Zhdanov, if the enemy passes in the Pokrovsky direction and reaches the route "Donetsk - Zaporozhye", he will be able to move directly to Zaporozhye. This will jeopardize the directions of Gulyaypol and Orikhov - they can be surrounded.

That is why today the Russians peripherally attack positions in the Gulyaipol and Orikhiv directions: these attacks are not always large in intensity, but their goal is to force the Armed Forces to keep their strength there, so as not to transfer the reinforcement to Novopavlovsk. "There are big problems with the engineering equipment of positions - the borders are simply not enough or they were not built in time.

Because of this front," squeezes " - and there is a gradual displacement," he said. At the same time, the situation is stabilized in the Sumy direction, and the enemy's plan to create the so -called "buffer zone" failed. The possibility of repeating the offensive is unlikely. But it will be difficult in Kupyansk.

First of all, because the enemy does not leave the hope of capturing the Kupyansk-nodal railway junction. They definitely need logistics. And it is the control of this station that will allow you to straighten the shoulder of logistics to create a shock group, to attempt to break through Slavyansk and Kramatorsk. Fighting in the north and northwestern outskirts of the city, as well as in the villages of Tishchenkivka, Kindrashivka, Mala Shapkivka, are currently being fighting.

According to Konstantin Mashovets, the information resistance of the Information Resistance Group, the enemy, acting in small infantry groups, created a large area of ​​infiltration in the northwest Kupyansk. "These forces from the 6th Army have completed the closest task-they came out a fairly wide front on the road P-79 and created the conditions for further blocking Kupyansk from the west, towards the road to Chuguev.
