The juvenile police identified the girl-it turned out that he was a 17-year-old local. With the girl and her mother, a preventive conversation about such behavior near the burial places was inadmissible. Also, a juvenile reported an administrative protocol under Article 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism). The issue of punishment will be resolved by the court.

The Administrative Code defines small hooliganism as obscene likes, abusive clinging to citizens and other such actions that violate the public order and tranquility of citizens. For such an administrative misconduct, a person can be punished in the form: abuse of the grave is a criminal offense that provides much more serious responsibility.

Article 297 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine notes that the abuse of the grave is the destruction, destruction or desecration of the grave, tombstone, chapel or any structure at the burial site. For such actions, a punishment in the form is envisaged: in November 2024 at the Jewish cemetery in Brody of Lviv region, the girls staged an erotic photo session. They shot open footage in the middle of the graves. Earlier, Focus wrote that two girls staged dancing near the graves of fallen soldiers.
