This was reported in the press service of the Transcarpathian Regional Prosecutor's Office. Criminal proceedings were initiated against the man. He is accused of fraud and laundering of criminal property (Part 4 of Article 190, Part 1 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The investigation found that the godfather of the dead warrior by deception of almost UAH 7 million, who were appointed to the family of the dead serviceman. The man was in a trusting relationship with the defender's family.
