Attack on Lviv: Kapranov's brother was reminded of life in Moscow after a scandal with accusations against HPV

Famous publisher Vitaliy Kapranov made a strange statement that a large number of internal displaced persons in Lviv leads to rocket strikes in the city. Blogger Sergei Didkovsky considers it a provocation that translates responsibility for the war from Russia to "wrong Ukrainians". Kapranov's brother published a provocative post by the formula: "There are many displaced persons in Lviv → In Lviv, rockets are beaten → Search for themselves.

" The author primitively pushes to the conclusion: the guilty Russian -speaking internally displaced persons (IDPs). This is a banal insinuation-when two facts are presented so that you think of a false cause and effect. In 2003–2004, the Ukrainian space was filled with maps about "three varieties of Ukrainians"-documented technology of Russian political technologists, aimed at splitting society on a linguistic and regional basis. Today we have an updated version of the same strategy.
