This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky during a speech before Parliament of Norway. According to him, now his country needs attention and support of the world as never before.

"We now have an effective weapon. However, not all necessary to wage this war on the conditions of freedom, not on the conditions that the enemy imposes," Zelensky said.
