Business, despite the war, is beginning to look for new employees and increases the number of vacancies in the labor market. It is noted that the situation in the Ukrainian labor market has been improving since 2023, when the need for employers for new employees began to increase. "This was facilitated by the adaptation of enterprises to new conditions of activity, the establishment of logistics routes, energy stability," - explained in the employment service. At the same time, professions that were popular before the full -scale war with the Russian Federation have not yet lost their relevance.

But compared to the pre -war period, there has been a significant decline in demand in: popular vacancies in January 2024 have many vacancies in the processing industry (18% of the total number of vacancies). Employees are also in great demand: the most vacancies are presented in the following professions: "Currently, the problems of vocational qualification and lack of qualified personnel have intensified.
