According to the investigation, they planned to form their own "branches" in the European Union as an "alternative" to Ukrainian diplomatic missions. This was reported by the SBU press service on April 3. The department states that the persons involved are hiding in the Russian Federation.

There, they proclaimed themselves "the only legitimate power" of Ukraine and promote the capitulation plan of Kiev. The leaders of the exposed SBU group participated in the "unity" forum in Moscow on the promotion of the idea of ​​President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin about the creation of a transitional administration in Ukraine for temporary administration under the control of Russia and the United States.

The investigation revealed that the illegal formation was joined by Ukrainians who left for the Russian Federation before the beginning of a full -scale invasion. The group, according to the investigation, is headed by the chairman of the banned party "State" Dmitry Vasylets. He was already sentenced to imprisonment for the support of the armed aggression of the Russians.

According to the SBU, he involved the idea of ​​"external management of Ukraine" of their "like-minded people": in the SBU reported that these persons created a site similar to the official pages of the Ukrainian authorities, and announced a "online referendum" on the future of Ukraine. In addition, they developed a copy of the "Action" portal for fake "Voting results".

According to the SBU staff, the members of the group have received the task of creating their own "branches" in the EU of Kremlin curators as an "alternative" to Ukrainian diploma. The defendants were informed of suspicion of actions taken for the purpose of violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or seizure of state power, as well as a conspiracy about committing such actions within the group (Part 1 of Article 28 and Part 1 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Russian dictator Volodymyr Putin expressed the idea of ​​introducing temporary management in Ukraine under the auspices of the United Nations (UN) when communicating with the seafarers-submarines of the atomic underwater cruiser "Arkhangelsk" on March 27. He stated that in this way it would be possible to hold a democratic election and "bring a capable government.
