JCB Hmee excavators (High Mobility Engineer Excavator) have proven themselves well during difficult conditions and even saved military lives.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the department codified and allowed these unique military vehicles to use in the Armed Forces. "The JCB Hmee excavators have proven themselves well in the performance of special work in difficult conditions and are in service with many advanced armies of the world," said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Dmitry Klimenkov. Such excavators used the US military during the war in Iraq. They were specially designed for the needs of the army.
