On Sunday, the DPRK Changer Kim Jong -in departed from the capital of Pyongyan in the Russian Federation on a personal armored train to hold a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. "RIA Novosti" posted a video of a train passing the territory of Primorye.

The previously published footage of Kim Jong -in goes by the honorary guard and a crowd of civilians with national flag and flowers. He was also photographed as he waved his hands from his green-yellow armored train before he left the station.

On September 12, the Russian media published a statement by the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, who specified that the visit of the North Korean leader would be full: negotiations of delegations, lunch and communication in the format of Tet-A-Tet. Economic cooperation, cultural exchange and international agenda were mentioned among official topics for discussion. However, the supply of weapons from North Korea, which was warned by Western leaders, did not mention Peskov.
