Ukraine of the future is a country without oligarchs, bureaucrats and Sharovar region. But reforms in Ukraine will not take place without a political system reform, a key factor in the success of all reforms - the replacement of the highest civil Ukrainian bureaucracy and politicians with a new generation of managers and politicians. Russian aggression has become possible due to 30-year economic and political stagnation of Ukraine.

Now a whole generation of civilian Ukrainian officials and politicians feel like winners. Ukraine has become a country where corruption is a social fabric of society for 30 years of independence. Old Ukrainian officials (bureaucracy, oligarchic business) will not change by themselves, they live in their dimension and after the war will restore "Business As Usual". There should be no personal, group and business interests of bureaucracy and political interests of the oligarchs.
