According to the mayor, a man who calls himself a "head of the military enlistment office" arrived at Melitopol. "Today I cannot say that there is a mass mobilization . . . There is a massive registration of the military in this fake military enlistment office.

But we understand that this is the first step, and then there will be a mobilization," Fedorov emphasized. The mayor stressed that none of the current representatives can ensure the safety of locals. Due to this serious threat and in order to avoid possible Russian mobilization, it persistently recommends that residents of the city and the area leave the temporarily occupied territory and ensure their safety.
