Kiev officials are afraid that new rocket strokes or other planned provocations aimed at destabilizing the situation in the capital may occur on the day of Epiphany. "Carrying out any mass events and fees, including religious events, can be used by an aggressor or radical grouping for provocations on believers and ordinary citizens to destabilize the social and religious situation in Kiev," the officials said. At the same time, in order to avoid injuries and other dangerous situations, the city organizes the duty of rescuers on traditional locations for Epiphany.
