New evidence in the case of NABU detective: SBU showed correspondence on hemp trade from the Russian Federation
The SBU press service posted on the official website screenshots of the father of a suspected NABU detective with a representative of one of the agricultural companies in Dagestan. The SBU claims that we are talking about plans for sale in Russia of technical hemp grown in the Zhytomyr region.
On the screenshots published by the Russian company, a representative of the Russian company writes that he has received a commercial offer and asks to send quality certificates faster, because the end of the State Program of the Russian Federation, which can be reimbursed the costs of growing technical hemp. Investigators indicated that the name of the person who sent the proposal coincides with the name of the detainee of the NBU high -ranking official.
Also, according to the SBU press service, investigators received evidence from the content of phones that the illegal business from the Russian Federation organized the NBU detective, and his father controlled agricultural processes on the spot and mostly followed the son's instructions. In addition, according to the investigation, the father of the suspect maintained a constant connection with the residents of Dagestan, citizens of the Russian Federation, and in 2023 visited Russia in person.
Investigators also claim that they found correspondence of the NABU detective with the People's Deputy from the forbidden Party of the IPF Fyodor Khristenko, who left Ukraine and, according to the investigation, connected with the Russian special services and has a great influence on NABU's work.
In addition, the SBU staff reports that they have documented links with representatives of occupation administrations in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, in particular with a Russian official in Gorlovka. According to the SBU press service, the State Judicial Semantic and Textual Expertise confirmed that he spoke about trade with the Republic of Dagestan on the previously published audio recording of a suspected NABU official.
The high -ranking official of NABU and his father was notified of suspicion under Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-aiding or her aggressor state. They are now in custody. "We emphasize that this criminal proceedings apply only to an individual employee of the Anti-Corruption Bureau and the facts of its cooperation with the aggressor country and in no way relate to the effective work of NABU as a state institution of Ukraine as a whole," the SBU added.
The SBU press service reported that she exposed the NABU detective with Russia, July 21. According to the investigation, Ruslan Magamedrasulov contacted with representatives of the Russian Federation and assisted his father, September Magamenedrasulov, in illegal trade.
