The National Guard explained what the difference between the tactics of regular Russian troops and the "Wagner"
First of all, it can be noted that the landing crews and special forces of the enemy also use the tactics of storming positions in small groups, but their units are more enhanced by equipment. Ruslan Muzychuk, a spokesman for the National Guard of Ukraine, told this on April 10. According to him, regular troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, like "Wagnerivtsi", use small groups, but their actions are well coordinated with artillery strikes and aviation attacks.
Thus, before promoting such groups, the enemy applies the whole range of necessary measures. "We see that they work quite related to the artillery units and also under the cover of aviation. That is, in order to ensure the promotion of such units, the full range of measures is used by the enemy," Muzychuk said.
In addition, the speaker noted that regular troops are better prepared, and this can be explained by the fact that paratroopers and special forces have the skills acquired at the stage of combat coordination. These units also have the best equipment. "In each units-either it is special forces, or these are landing units and others-they train to use some weapons and a certain tactics at the stage of combat coordination," Muzychuk stressed.
In general, the invaders are more actively used by aviation and artillery strikes, which leads to great destruction in Bakhmut. According to the spokesman, the enemy destroys the fortified positions of Ukrainian defenders in order to be able to move forward. However, the fighters of defense forces do everything they need and hold back the pressure of Russian invaders.
