To protect against the Russian Federation: Denmark will give Ukraine the terminals of satellite communication for the first time

Denmark for the first time provides the Ukrainian army with a satellite of European production services. This initiative is implemented in cooperation with the European Defense Agency (EDA), said on the official website of the Danish Defense Ministry.

It is reported that Kyiv will receive terminals that will ensure a reliable and safe connection for military operations. The department emphasized that the satellite communication is in demand in Ukraine. "Space is an area that increasingly needs defense policy. In close cooperation with the EU defense agency, Denmark has already contributed to strengthening Ukraine's satellite communication to protect it from Russia.

There is a very great potential in space decisions that can make a contribution to both Ukrainian and Danish. According to the Ministry of Defense, this initiative helps to expand strategic freedom of action in space for both Ukraine and Europe. EDA also expects other European countries to follow the example of Denmark.
