The Sumy City Council Health Department reported an increase in the number of people affected by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the afternoon on March 24. According to doctors, nearly 80 people were injured, including 13 children.

First, the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office reported 71 wounded (as of 4 pm). It is about 65 adults and 14 children, indicated in the post that appeared on the Facebook page of the department. According to preliminary data, the Russian command launched a rocket in the densely populated area of ​​the city. The prosecutor's office opened the proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code (Military Crime). Sumy doctors declared 74 victims of the Russian Federation on March 24, the City Council reported. There is no on the severity of injuries of information yet. The building of the school was partially destroyed, 40 children and 16 adults were evacuated, there are no victims," ​​rescuers wrote.
