Territory 404. Russia is already showing all the signs

Not everyone is obvious yet. Russia already demonstrates all the signs of Failed State, "territory of 404" - a rapidly degraded and dying formation. The primary signs are obvious: - the panic military -political elite does not correspond to the level of tasks and simply observes how the management system is rapidly falling apart. In parallel, budget flows are "exposed"; - control over part of the territory (border Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk regions) with an increasing result is lost.

Lack of effective control provokes a rapid growth of panic moods, escape and attempts to go to "self -determination"; - Control over external borders is lost rapidly. Not only in the Belgorod region, but also around the perimeter. No one is ready to declare public territorial claims, even knowing that the power resources are allocated to the war zone.

However, in the process of finalization of the war, the borders of Russia can be destroyed in different regions; - Wagner PVC and other militarized groups have already proven the final loss of the Putin state by the monopoly of violence.

A large number of warlike and terrorist groups independent of the central authorities operate independently, attack governing bodies, set their own rules on limited (so far) territories; - inertial and minor intellectual, authoritarian and kleptocratic basic management, repression against opposition and total falsification of elections and, as a consequence, rapid decay of state vertical; - complete lack of ability to adhere to a social contract and perform the service functions of the state: failure to fight crime, labor market, education, health care, social sphere.
