The National Police and the SBU reported that the killer, who killed the former chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the current People's Deputy of Ukraine VI -IX convocations Andriy Parubiy, was detained in Khmelnytskyi and previously noted that there is a "Russian track" in the case.
