Ukraine has received the most modern French PTRC Akeron MP (video)

Akeron MP is the world's first anti -tank rocket complex. Its ammunition is versatile and allow you to hit goals both manually and almost automatically. The Ukrainian Army has received the Akeron MP 5 generation. This was announced by the French National Assembly Member Lyoenel Lyuye-Perro during the meeting. France, without a public announcement, has transmitted to Ukraine the latest PTRC Akeron MP, also known as MMP and Missile Moyenne Portee.

The deputy confirmed the receipt of anti -tank missile systems in Ukraine. "Mistral, 30 Caesar guns and 6 TRF1 guns 155 mm, 2 LRU RSD, Akeron missiles, Crotale and VAB BTROs," Ruyier-Perrot has been listed by part of military assistance to Ukraine. For the first time, the supply of Akeron MP was declared at the beginning of the year. Vice president of the French-Lui National Defense Commission, Jean-Louis Tierio, confirmed the supply of unnamed number of PTRC to Ukraine.

However, then representatives of the French Ministry of Defense denied the statement by Tierio. Akeron MP is a light multi -purpose rocket with a range of more than 4,000 meters. The weight of the complex is about 15 kg and only a few operators are enough to work. The start -up can also be installed on the vehicle. The work of the complex is carried out on the principle of "fired and forgot", the military does not need to lead the laser beam of the rocket to the target throughout the flight.

All you have to do is grab the target and shoot. The peculiarity of the complex is the fiber-optic connection with the starting, which provides the "person on the network". The rocket can be released without a specific purpose, and the operator will receive images from the self -alienation head. Thus, during the flight, it is possible to change the target or interrupt the firing process.

In addition, MMP is able to additionally strike objects by obstacles, and in the case of tanks can be attacked in the upper projection, as in Javelin. Anti -tank rocket has a tandem fighting action, which can further expand the target bank from dynamic defense to infantry or boats. The rocket itself has a reduced system that reduces the startup signature and allows you to affect the targets from the closed rooms.
