Paid a fine for ignoring the summons: Is it possible to go to the army after

Ukraine has no restrictions on the number of possible challenges of men by summons. According to the lawyer Larissa Kis, the Tax Code can send one call daily on the next date from the previous one. In Ukraine, the Tax Code can issue penalties for military citizens for violation of the mobilization process. In particular, it is about ignoring the summons. Lawyer Larisa Kis told RBC-Ukraine in a comment on whether it is possible not to go to the Armed Forces after payment of such a fine.

"The payment of the fine does not release from the obligation of military service," said Larisa Kis. The lawyer noted that the payment of the fine is only "fulfillment of the obligation for violation", namely the failure to appear on the summary on a specified date. While ignoring any other summons (call to another date)-will be a new violation. Larisa Kis stressed that there were no restrictions on the number of possible calls on the summons.

"Theoretically, given the time of" passing "the longest procedure - sending the summons by mail - fines can appear conditionally every two months," she explained. Moreover, the CCC is not forbidden to send daily one call daily on the next date from the previous one. And every time the person will receive a fine.

"So, the path up to 160 000 UAH of total debt (the amount of sanctions from which the executive service can not only arrest accounts and property, but also engage in their actual realization) is not so long," the lawyer added. We will remind, the military service Ukrainians had to update their data by July 16. They can do it in August, but they can be fined for late updates.
