Czech volunteers handed over 1000 RPG-75M grenade launchers (video)

The weapon was transferred as part of the "Gift for Putin" initiative and was dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the invasion of the USSR troops and the Warsaw Treaty in Czechoslovakia. Within the framework of the Putin's Gift Initiative, Czech volunteers handed over 1000 RPG-75M anti-tank grenade launchers to fighters of Ukraine. For this purpose, 900,000 euros were harvested last December - this amount was collected in two months. Czech volunteers reported this on March 25 on social networks.

The supply of anti-tank means is dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the invasion of the USSR troops and the Warsaw Treaty in Czechoslovakia. It is noted that the weapon will be transferred to the 41st mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces. Currently, as part of the initiative, volunteers are raising money for the purchase of 10 tons of plastic explosives for Ukrainian FPV. The original Czechoslovak disposable RPG was developed in the 1970s.

Weapons are designed to destroy armored vehicles with 68 mm cumulative grenades. The grenade launcher is made in the form of a telescopic pipe with sight, trigger and shock mechanisms. A folding sight and a fly are used to guide a grenade launcher. RPG-75 is currently produced at Zeveta Bojkovice. The grenade launcher has the following characteristics: earlier it was reported that Iceland has joined the Czech initiative to purchase artillery shells for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
