According to the North Operational Command, at least 95 explosions were heard in three border regions. One of them led to the consequences on a critical object. In total, 35 shellings and 95 explosions of various weapons were recorded per day. Volodymyr Artyukh, the head of Sumy Regional Military Administration, did not in any way comment on the incident at the time of material publication, but the head of the city military administration Alexei Drozdenko wrote in the Telegram-channel that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation at night struck a missile strike on the suburbs of the regional center. The consequences were not informed.
