According to sources in law enforcement agencies, the businessman is charged with the financing of the Corruption Fund, which is recognized as an extremist organization in the Russian Federation. "He faces up to eight years in prison under this criminal article," the department said. The court did not choose a seizure measure for Efremov, limited to a ban on certain actions. Nikita Efremov manages a business in the field of premium fashion.

It has a network of stores under its own brand Nikita Efremov in Moscow and St. Petersburg, which presents exclusive sneakers of limited collections, luxury clothing and rare accessories of the premium segment. Efremov has repeatedly entered scandals. Efremov has long been rotating in the star circles of the Russian stage and showbusiness.

Among his regular clients is called the rapper Timati, the Basta Artist, the comedian Nurlana Saburova and the TV presenter, who betrayed Ukraine, Regina Todorenko. For more than two years, the entrepreneur has been in a relationship with influential blogger Dina Sayeva, who has a millionth audience on social networks. The couple regularly appears at public events. So far, businessman representatives do not comment on the situation with his detention.
