The Prosecutor General's Office declared suspicion to the Russian commander who ordered an attack on the Dnieper's house

According to the investigation, the Russian colonel is involved in the death of 88 and injury to 240 civilians affected by blows on settlements. In Ukraine, the Russian commander of the 52nd heavy bombing aviation regiment of the Far Aviation of the VCSU of the Russian Federation was suspected. This was reported by the press service of the Attorney General's office.

According to the investigation, the Russian commander, violating the laws and customs of war, provided the strikes of X-22 and X-32 rockets on civilian objects in Ukraine. According to the investigation, the Colonel of the VCSU of the Russian Federation gave orders to draw rocket strikes that led to the death of 88 and injury to 240 civilians.

In particular, the officer is suspected of involvement in the following blows: in the office of the Prosecutor General state that the purpose of attack was to intimidate the civil population, to create conditions for constant tension in society and to pressure Ukraine to go to the territorial and political concessions of the Russian Federation.

It is emphasized that the Russian officer was aware that missile strokes in densely populated cities and settlements of Ukraine cause significant destruction and death of people. The pre -trial investigation is carried out by investigators of the Main Directorate of the SBU Investigative Directorate during operational support of the military counterintelligence department.
