Putin issued an order: citizens of Ukraine will be forced to leave the Russian Federation, details
The order states that "… citizens of Ukraine who are in the Russian Federation and do not have legal grounds for staying (residence) in the Russian Federation, are obliged to leave the Russian Federation independently or until September 10, 2025, including their legal position in the Russian Federation . . . ".
From foreign citizens and stateless persons who came to the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions of Ukraine, they demand to undergo a medical examination to confirm the lack of drug and psychotropic use and infection with the human immunodeficiency virus.
This applies to those foreigners who live in "new regions", as the Kremlin calls illegally included in the Russian Federation Ukrainian lands, for more than 90 days "for a purpose not related to work" and those who have not yet undergone such examination.
