Underground Hospital and Protection for Patriot: Metinvest Help reached UAH 9.2 billion since the beginning of the war

Own steel is used in the production of anti -diseases, mobile shelters and ammunition. Since the beginning of the invasion, the soldiers received 150 thousand armor plastin, 25 thousand helmets, more than 8 thousand drones, 2 you. thermal imagers, hundreds of vehicles and tens of thousands of first aid kits and turnstiles. For the development of tactical medicine, the company directed almost UAH 26 million. Metinvest also helped to reduce 200 km of fortifications in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhya.

Within the humanitarian project "we save lives" support more than half a million Ukrainians received support, more than four thousand tons of products and goods were brought to the country. The company finances the restoration of medical infrastructure, hospitals and outpatients, as well as the installation of special "soft windows" in schools and kindergartens affected by Russian attacks.
In addition, together with the State Agency for Recovery, Metinvest is implemented by the Citadel project - the creation of steel shelters to protect children and civilians during air alarm. A separate area of activity of the company is the support of veterans. Since the beginning of the war, more than 10. 5 thousand Metinvest workers have come to the ranks of the army, about a thousand have already returned to work.
For the former military there are programs of retraining, preferential accession to the University of Metinvest Polytechnic, psychological and physical rehabilitation. In 2025, the company plans to spend $ 550,000 on these projects. There are also initiatives to adapt veterans through sports, including free wave project, and veterans and support centers are being created in cities.
