The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation under Avdiivka test a 30-ton work to mine "Stalker" (photo)
It is noted that during the tests the Stalker complex performed the task of cleaning the terrain from explosive objects and installed mines. The machine allegedly created aisles in areas where anti-personnel and anti-tank mines were installed, installed in the soil to a depth of up to 30 cm.
Judging by the representative of the Chelyabin plant-manufacturer of the DST-Ural machine, which was developed "Stalker", this sample was the first In its own way, since the Russians used similar imported equipment. There is little about the technical characteristics: the mass of the machine - about 30 tons, the engine power - 540 hp, the maximum speed is up to 10 km/h, and during tranning - from 1 to 5 km/h.
In this case, the range of intense radio interruption - only 1 km, and in distant zones from the line of fighting, the range increases to 3 km. The width of the traffic is about three meters. According to the developers, during the test "Stalker" withstood the undermining of anti-personnel mines PMN-2 or PMN-4, as well as anti-tank mines, probably TM-62. Earlier, we wrote about the Dok-Ing-4 mine, which was created by Ukrainian manufacturers.
