Prepare the house in advance for the winter. Replace old windows and doors, stock up on warm blankets and blankets that can not only be covered, but also hang windows to reduce heat loss or lay on the floor instead of a carpet. It will also not hurt the sleeping bag in which you can sleep if there is no heating.

Also make stocks of drugs from chronic diseases and traditional drugs (antipyretic, antiviral, activated carbon, analgesic, patch, etc. ). Prepare bandages, gauze, alcohol wipes. The supply of medicines should be at least 2-3 weeks.

Stock in the winter frozen, dried and canned blanks, cereals, pasta, salt, tea, sugar - this is the main diet for a long time. Also buy food ready for consumption: bread, breadcrumbs, cookies in packs, lard, mustard (or any favorite sauce), honey, candy, candied fruits, nuts and seeds, porridge and fast-made soups, dried fruits and energy bars.
