"In order to achieve this balance, we are actively implementing digitalization of processes and electronic document flow. Defenders can now not only submit online reports to the other part, but also order tickets for a special reserve train. In 2025, Ukraine plans to implement large -scale digitalization of VLK. The Deputy Minister said that the reserve+platform tools and the general bases of the health care system will be used. According to the general, the new functionality will reduce the burden on doctors and significantly simplify the passage of medical commission both military and civilian.

"The purpose of these reforms is to create an effective, transparent and flexible management system, where initiative and responsibility do not contradict each other, but work together for the victory of Ukraine," he added.
