In addition, the military said that despite the attempts by the authorities to keep the most motivated fighters on the front, it would not work to avoid great mobilization.
According to Wild, fighters who have been fighting from the first days of the war are very exhausted. Therefore, they need to find a replacement so as not to aggravate the situation at the front. Also to increase the desire of Ukrainians to go to fight clear terms and demobilization. "I understand the commanders who do not want to release those who are fighting from the first days. These were motivated and experienced people. But now they are worn and tired," says a military analyst.
He stressed that the military, who for a long time, did not hope that the war would last for so long. But if they want to fight and after demobilization, they should be left behind. "In my opinion, there is a number of steps to be avoided, in my opinion. The ecquandyr also believes that Ukrainian fighters should be allowed to choose which military unit to serve.
