According to Demchenko, Ukrainian border guards informed about the event of colleagues. However, in Romania, the reports of drones launched by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation were not answered.

"It is also proposed to provide possible information on these cases. At present, the response from the Romanian side has not yet received," Demchenko said. Later, the Romanian Defense Ministry stated that Russian Dron-Kamikadze did not constitute a "direct military threat" of the country. The department noted that they took "additional measures to strengthen vigilance" in their national space. Romania also condemned Russian strikes on civil and infrastructure in Ukraine. In total, on the night of September 4, Russian troops launched 17 drones.
